I bought this headset for my cordless phone at home because my Panasonic headset that I had for several years finally broke. One issue I had with the Panasonic headset was the volume, so this time I decided to try a different headset. I just got it and so far everyone I've spoken to has said the sound quality I have is perfect. The sound quality is also perfect in my opinion. If it lasts, it's the perfect headset. On the head are very light, do not press on the ear. The only thing I would change about it is the leather ear covers instead of the foam and the volume controls. While the calls I've made with these have been sufficiently loud, I'm sure sooner or later I'll come across someone speaking very softly and I'll want to turn up the volume, but I can't with these headphones. What I would still wish for would be a mute button.
