My wife first wore this on our date last night on the 9th February 2019. While we were sitting and having dinner it fell apart 3 times. Nor has she done anything out of the ordinary. Can she replace it? If she can I'll give it 5 stars because it suits her so well! The company saw this and emailed me shortly after. I was sent a new replacement because her bracelet broke; That's great! Most companies will NOT do this!
