Not sure how it fits as the sizing was wrong. I ordered a large (19" to 31" bust). The neck opening is NOT adjustable and I was unable to adjust it to fit my dog's head. Knowing this, a head measurement column would be MUCH more useful. With that in mind I probably wouldn't reorder the larger size as it needs to come off the same way and without the neck bulge which seems like a chore for an 80 lb dog. With the daylight saving time I have to walk my dog in the dark and, and I can say the reflector is VERY bold, very noticeable. To be honest I was very disappointed that it didn't fit as it looked and felt very good. :(
