Significantly reduces pain and swelling

I use them on my arm, leg which I sprained/strained this week. This is a compression sleeve for pain and swelling, NOT for structural support. The geranium and carbon fibers really make a difference as my regular lymphedema compression sleeve only helps with swelling relief, not joint pain like they do and has never made any difference to my Achilles tendons. and it prevents a tight heel strap / can't touch the heel in the morning. It really does increase blood flow a lot more than just wearing socks. Amazing, really!
