I am 5'7" and weigh 270 pounds. I usually wear 20s jeans and a 42G bra. From previous reviews I ordered a size up and got a 22. I had several children so my belly is quite big and I have big hips. This swimsuit surprised me. It was way more flattering than I expected. The top has no support so I'm only planning on wearing a swim bra (not pictured). The design of the top hides my favorite arms and stomach. I'll post an update when I wear it to the beach next week so I can tell more about the durability.
