This made my installation much quicker and easier. I could just buy new grade 8 or 10 nuts and bolts and I would get the same result. But it took away any headache trying to line them up. After shearing off the old bolts, I used an air hammer to knock the welded nuts out of the body. To remove them you have to go along the sides and completely around the nut. Don't try to pull it out in the middle, it won't come out. At least not for me. I would buy it again, works great with the straighteners I bought.
