I was eager to test Taoqiao because I'm an experienced online shopper, but sadly, my experience was less than stellar. First off, their collection of apparel, accessories, and jewelry is unimpressive and uninteresting. Although I was hoping to uncover some special pieces, everything seemed rather ordinary. Additionally, the caliber of their goods was underwhelming. The clothes felt cheaply manufactured, and the shoes I bought started falling apart after only a few uses. For the prices they charge, I had better expectations. And let's not even begin to discuss their customer service. It was difficult to return my sneakers; the process was like pulling teeth. It took several emails before a resolution could be reached since the agent was unhelpful and hostile. Without a doubt, I won't shop at Taoqiao again. Overall, I'd advise searching elsewhere if you're an experienced online shopper looking for distinctive and high-quality clothing and travel accessories. The selection and customer support offered by Taoqiao are absolutely inadequate.
