Review on πŸ’§ DOITOOL 2PCS Sink Faucet Diverter Valve: Aerator, Adapter, and Connector by Stephen Hobbs

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Need to buy extra parts, side spout reduces water flow

Pretty easy to install. I had to buy an adapter as I didn't know it was for connecting a faucet with a male thread. The diverter's body and side latch are metal (but definitely not brass), while the small handle and aerator cap are fairly flimsy plastic. The aerator cover was broken off, and the internal parts (screen, diffuser, etc.) were also pretty poorly assembled. I replaced this whole piece with much better quality metal I bought at a local hardware store. Also, there was the added expense of purchasing a female end of a snap connector so I could actually connect my portable washing machine to a faucet. Tried to go cheap but ended up spending more. At least it works flawlessly with no leaks (although the side spout restricts water flow) and it's a handy little contraption, but it really isn't worth all the extra effort and expense to get it working properly. .

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Damaged
