Review on Topeak TT2524 Ratchet Rocket Lite by Dennis Reed

Excellent tool, finely finished and incredibly comfortable, especially the ratchet; However, I encourage any reviewer to pull the smaller bits (#2, 2.6, 3, 4, PH2, T10) out of the magnetic adapter and handle them without pliers. My son, a skilled machinist with mutant grip power, couldn't pull them out by hand either, and suggested engraving thumb notches on the bats. I thought I'd found the trick by running my thumb and forefinger up the shaft and onto the bridle, but the idea only lasted once or twice until my fingers lost their temporary stickiness. Have fun rain or cold with this kit. I replaced the tips from another set and they worked fine. Tip: Buy the ratchet and body separately, then change your bits. I don't really want to belittle this tool, but the above constitutes a fatal error. I will be returning this item.
