The best thing about Sequence is that the customer service is incredible. They are always willing to help and answer any questions that you may have. The software is very user friendly. It was difficult to train our staff on how to use the software. We are able to track and control our employees through the software. I dislike the fact that we have to use the software to track our employees and that we need to input our employees information each time they do a task. I also dislike that we have to have a specific machine to use the software. This can be a problem since we have a fleet of vehicles. However, if you have a need to track and control your company's employees, then Sequence is the way to go. The time that it takes to get our employees to input their timesheets was a big problem for us. Sequence Enterprise was able to help us fix.
