I love this charger (even though it's ONLY a charger, not a USB data hub) but I'm having trouble installing it under my desk. The included screws are very soft, and after pre-drilling holes and using the right size bits on a low setting, they still came loose completely halfway through. I had to use a few small channels to grab the thread and unscrew it. . Save yourself some trouble at the end and either use tape or bring your own screws. DO NOT use the supplied one.
