Review on 🚪 Outdoor Stairway Special Baby/Pet Gate - Brown Color by Vanessa Knipp

I've been looking for a long time and have been looking for a ladder tip that can be set at an angle. Our staircase is not level because the walls are of different lengths and the railing interferes with the path on one side. I saw another photo from the reviewer (thanks!) and realized this might work for us. After reading the reviews I realized not to buy a wooden one even though it looked better for the room. I don't have the patience or confidence to know that the slats may fall out. I haven't read the instructions - I've seen the video attached to the listing here on the product photos. It made it very easy! I assembled it in about 25 minutes. I'm worried about our house that our cats can't get through, but the gate isn't to blame. It's just something we need to find out. Also, the gate does not rest against the wall when open/not in use. When I lean it against the wall it reclines about 6 inches. I may need to add a small plug in the future. The latch was difficult to figure out at first, but after a few tries it's easy and I can do it with one hand. Much easier from the top of the stairs than from the stairs. I love that it took me a few tries to figure it out as it means my smart 1 year old hopefully won't learn it. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!
