I'll just never buy this again and am considering returning it now! You CANNOT hear your child through the parent unit! Well, maybe if they've been screaming bloody murder for an hour, but otherwise it's a useless SMM. Oh, and like everyone else has said, once you unplug your camera, it takes forever to plug it back in and permanently unplug it! Edit: After speaking to support, they told me the devices needed an update. After spending hours fully updating it, this miraculously happened after the child took possession of the smh parent block. After the update, the parent block worked much better. Although it still very rarely "drops out"/reconnects and the audio still seems a bit sluggish, it actually works now. Lesson learned, just spend twice as much and don't worry about any of these issues. Better yet just use protection next time lol.
