The tool is easy to use, it's intuitive with all of its features and functions.

It has very good support for Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online as well which makes collaboration much easier than using other tools in this market space. I would like more customization options available when creating forms or surveys that are used by customers/clients. Some users may not be familiar enough with online survey software so they might find some aspects confusing at first but once you get comfortable everything works great! We have been able solve many problems related to customer feedback such as how we can gather data from our clients without them knowing about us collecting their information for research purposes etc.
