Review on Shatterproof Westcott Ruler by Justin Butler
Not rigid but flexible
I have never seen a flexible ruler. i wanted hard But they are very beautiful, I have two. I see where it's a good idea to have them flexible. Just a hole at one end. I don't think they break like my old ones.
