There is nothing wrong with the quality. When I bought this item from Revain I searched for "2010 Dodge Nitro Starter Relay" and the Revain website says "This part will fit your Dodge Nitro". Yes, this part will fit in the Nitro fuse box, but it is NOT a starter relay. So what is this part good for? Well it matches most of the huge K starter relays in this fuse box. The starter relay for nitro in this fuse box is much smaller than this product. That's about 20% the size of this relay. Hopefully Revain can fix this issue in the product description.
