First 48 inch flashlight I received with a broken bulb. He came from the west coast to the east coast. It was only packed in the box that the flashlight comes in. Very weak defense. The top has been torn off. Started a return and they sent a new one fairly quickly. The new one came from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, within 50 miles of me, but was shipped to New Jersey before it was shipped to me. The package was sent in a different box and had more protection. It arrived working. But as others have said. She's not that bright. so in 2 days. the thing does not like to start. you have to fiddle around with the lightbulb and turn it on. In my opinion, complete scrap and will return and not buy again.
