Difficult to Dress Up: Specialty Sportswear

As another reviewer noted, it's difficult to dress up, especially for teenage or younger girls. I helped my daughter get dressed every time. Because the material of the belt is slippery and doesn't even stretch a little, it's easy to untie after tying. That's why I use double knots. And remember, DO NOT put it in the washing machine. This should be noted on the product label.
