The product does not work with my PC's USB-C port. It requires but does not have a VGA connector. I've found that Windows PCs don't have enough USB-C bandwidth to create an image. I tried using a VGA to USB-C cable and plugging one of the USB-C ports into the computer while using the VGA to USB-C cable, but that didn't work either . I should add that the device works well with MacBook USB. -C Thunderbolt ports (but I need it to work with my PC too). The picture is very beautiful and bright.
