The idea is there and it looks like it will separate my hair to the highlight well but it's broken. again. When it first arrived one of the prongs was broken (and not even in the bag so not good quality control before shipping). I opted for an exchange and the second one was damaged as well. This time the tip of the pen broke off and landed in the bag. I don't want to have to go through the hassle of sending it back again, so I'll probably do my best.
