I like most of what i have seen so far from redalert nmx software but their customer service has been lacking as it's very poor sometimes for them too blame each other when one person makes an error rather than admit they made mistakes themselves first instead blaming others! They need people who are willing go above & beyond just doing there job well enough not only be good at computers/programming etc..they should also know how 2 handle customers (in life) if ever faced wtih problems or issues such us this!! 1st step - find someone else better suited then yourself because its hard work working here due t2o lackof knowledge within our team regarding problem solving /customer services which really pisses me off cause all we do now days dayis nothing productive yet get paid big bucks!
