I've waited so long to order something to soothe my heels from pain, burning and throbbing since I'm in bed most of the time lie. I knew I was going to get bedsores if I didn't do something soon. With THIS only one left in the package I couldn't wait to open it and finally feel relieved. To my great dismay my ankle started to hurt within 15 minutes of putting it on, not because of the size but because the instep is flat rather than gradually raising for comfort. The edges are not soft enough for comfort. I deleted it and couldn't submit a return request quickly enough by ordering a different product.
