I really like these cables and I like the brand as I have other products that they make. They work great but I wouldn't put the word "reliable" in the description. They worked great shortly after I received them and then when I unplugged the phone the plug loop at the end of the cord came loose and broke. I still use other cables but be careful. It could be an accident, or maybe I had trouble keeping the Hulk inside and smashed the cord too badly, but I really don't think that was the case. I mean, I haven't had a problem with the content for a long time.
