I've always struggled with rough heels, but I've never used a glass file like this - I usually use a pumice stone. When unpacking, my first thought was how beautiful this file is. It is so sweet! My second was how skinny she was. It's small and handy. I felt the grit of the file and wondered how it would feel in my super dry heels. When I had the opportunity to test it, I was very impressed. This is a really fine grit file that is very skin friendly and will turn your rough skin into powder and leave a smooth surface. I like the look of this file and the results I get from it. Would definitely order again.
