Review on 🥧 Nordic Ware 9 Inch Charcoal Springform Pan, 10 Cup Capacity by Bilal Cartwright

The description says 7 inches, but it's actually 6.5 inches. The description also says it is sealed but it leaks. When I washed it before using it for the 1st time, I saw that water was running out of it horribly. I thought, well, the batter won't leak, so everything will be ok. But if you oil the pan before you put the cake batter in, that's what comes out. I opened the oven to check the cake and the oven was filled with smoke, all the oil from the pan preparation had leaked to the bottom of the oven and was on fire! I usually like Nordicware, in fact I have a 9 inch Nordic nib form and it doesn't leak. But this one is terrible. This pan is made in Germany. What became of "German engineering”?
