While mine lasted longer than other users, he died anyway. The light is green but the computer is not charging and this is my work computer. This should be fixed immediately, which means replacement or new purchase. I have a 12 month warranty but the problem is that when I click on seller I have nowhere to email to have it replaced. When I click warranty it prompts me to contact the seller. How should we contact the seller if there is no way to contact the seller? It's not very good outside though. UPDATE: It has been a year and a half since the original purchase and although I received the replacement within 8 months the replacement died. Therefore, this charger is not a long-lasting option.
