Review on Non-Slip Hospital Socks For Women And Men - 5/6 Pairs Fuzzy Slipper Grip Socks By Debra Weitzner by Erika Martin

Comfy, good grip, but frays

For the winter times, I got this set of socks for my mom. We found that her floor became quite slippery for some reason so I found this set of socks for her to help her have better grip and to prevent her from slipping at home. Since it also came in six pairs, I thought this wasn’t a bad deal. Anyways, we found that the socks were actually pretty soft and comfy. I have tried them myself and they are rather warm as well. The grip is pretty good as it did solve the slipping hazard at home. The main thing that we came across with these socks was that they fray relatively easily. Perhaps fray isn’t the correct wording, but she tried wearing them in bed one night, to wake up to a bunch of lint from the socks scattered. Needless to say, there was a little bit of cleanup. Overall, they aren’t bad socks as they are warm and comfy with nice grip. But there is a little consideration required when using them for us, such as not using them in bed or hand washing them instead of throwing them into the laundry with other things where the lint may come off and stick to other items.

Pros
  • I have swelling issues- these socks are fantastic!
Cons
  • May be more expensive than other non-slip socks on the market
