Update: Just wanted to say that the company has contacted me and offered a refund and is passing my feedback on to their QA team. I did not accept the compensation offered, but I appreciate the customer service. Good customer service is of great importance. I have bought this fan twice. I like its design and its compactness. I also like that it can hold my phone. Nevertheless, I bought this fan both times. Once it dies and you have to charge it using the USB cable they give you, the connector plugs into the device and disappears. Then the fan is useless. Apparently there are some problems with the production. It's a shame because otherwise it's a great fan.
