These are the perfect sock to wear with your lower cut tennis shoe or loafer. With them being black you don’t have to worry about them looking dingy or staining. The cotton lets your foot breathe and the seam over the toe doesn’t rub. They do have the silicon at the heel to keep them from sliding down in your shoe.The negatives are that there is no way these fit a larger foot; they were uncomfortably tight on a men’s 11 1/2 foot but were good for a ladies 8 1/2. The heel stayed up in normal sneakers but one slid when wearing elastic heeled converse.I think getting 6 pair for the price is a great value. For some reason these socks are always more expensive but these are worth it.
