Broken but from the shipping company not them. I have thick 2C hair and it's always dry. I found out which shampoo I need based on the porosity of my hair. (It's not porous at all.) And it seems to have worked the best! I've been wearing them for a month now and my hair has never felt so healthy! And my curls look like they did when I was a kid again! My only issue is that it can smell a little funny when applied. But that goes away as soon as you wash it off. Will definitely buy again!
