Voltage Issues When Charging

My charger does not like this battery. It won't charge, because the charger says the battery has an improper voltage. My brother's charger will charge the battery, under manual settings, but it only lasts for a few minutes in my Losi 22S, while my Socokin 2S Lipo 4600mAh batteries run two or three times longer. I wouldn't buy another one!
