It works, but it takes patience.

After reading all the reviews and seeing some of the advice others gave me, I decided to give it a try. The box was opened so I'm not entirely sure I received all the parts, but for the most part it appeared everything was there. A heat gun doesn't work that well so after a few failed attempts I used a lighter to preheat the glue before sticking it to the car. It seems to be working well and appears to be improving the dents I've had on the car. You have to be patient and it takes multiple attempts and multiple hours to try to repair any dents that may appear.
