Review on Farberware Stainless Steel FCP240 Percolator: Efficient Brewing for 2-4 Cups by Shannon Brown

Faberware: a shadow of my former self

I'm actually late with this review. I gave up on this pan a few years ago. I just forgot to check, probably because I wanted to erase the memory of paying for one of them. I bought this to replace one I had for about 3 DECADES. It made great coffee, so I had the audacity to think a new one would be just as good. I was wrong. Finally, I firmly believe that if you want a product ruined, wait until Black and Decker buys the rights and starts manufacturing. The new pot was complete crap. The stainless steel was like tin compared to the old one. The lid was so tight I had to struggle to get it off. Worst of all, the coffee maker brewed the Bejesus coffee non-stop. Yes, friends, that's right. It doesn't stop dripping. Is always. I had to turn it off. To top it off, the fork was hot. Since I used the item too late, I could not return it. The only way out for me was to use this perolator. In the trash. Well, actually, a recycler picked it up off the street. Thank goodness I kept my old Faberware 2-4 Cup Percolator. Do you know the MADE IN AMERICA from Real Faberware? I still use it. I wonder where they make these percolators? I take a photo in the dark: China.
