Great asset tracking solution - very user friendly

It's easy for customers to use this software as it is simple and intuitive. The customer support team can be contacted 24/7 via telephone or email. This makes communication much easier when there is an issue with any of the features that need attention. There could also be more customization options available if needed. I haven't found anything yet that didn't fit my business needs perfectly. We've been using the system for over 3 years now without problems and we continue to get positive feedback about improvements or new feature additions. Our biggest challenge has been implementing customizations for our specific business requirements. Overall, this is a great product! As long as your needs are met 100%, then it was worth every penny spent on implementation. Tracking assets such as trucks within a fleet. Also able to track drivers by GPS coordinates. Providing real-time reporting for fleet managers. Allowing them to keep track of their employees' whereabouts. The product has worked well for us. I have been able to see my vehicle's status at any given moment. It has also helped me find out where my car is located at anytime. I wish there was an option to send messages to employees when their vehicles are running late and they need to come back to work early. We have used this as a way to see if one of our drivers is safe or not when he's driving alone. This helps us know that he is safe while we are away from him.
