Works well but take your time
Can definitely irritate gums. I like to use them every 2-3 days for 5 treatments and then once a month for the rest. They work absolutely well to reduce light discoloration. If they are not allowed to "thaw" out of the refrigerator, the pad may not adhere to the teeth, rendering the strip unusable.
