I expected the item I paid almost $70 for to AT LEAST stick to my teeth. When I removed the packaging from the bowls, I saw that the paste looked solid. I put the mouthguard on my teeth anyway, and it certainly didn't stick. I thought it was just one of the drawers broken. nope EVERY MAJOR pack I opened was firm and non-sticky. Ridiculous. What a waste of money. Couldn't even get it to stick let alone test its whitening power.

I only bought this because it said it wouldn't hurt sensitive teeth. Well I used it straight away as per the instructions and about 3 hours after using it my teeth started PAINING! So so bad! THEY RUSH ALL NIGHT. Slept from birth winked. My teeth WERE WHITE so I know the product is working! If you have sensitive teeth, don't buy!

Can definitely irritate gums. I like to use them every 2-3 days for 5 treatments and then once a month for the rest. They work absolutely well to reduce light discoloration. If they are not allowed to "thaw" out of the refrigerator, the pad may not adhere to the teeth, rendering the strip unusable.

I've only used it twice so far. Didn't notice any difference the first time, today it's the second! It's true that it hurts when it hits your gums, but that's because the dentist puts putty around your gums, which hardens so they only stick to your teeth and not your gums. So I expected it would hurt if I wasn't careful. Otherwise, I am very satisfied!

Dental student - I use it on my own teeth and have had great success. I use Sensodyne for a week before whitening my teeth and it helps prevent sensitivity. I'm not saying you won't have sensitivity, but Sensodyne will likely help. I would have gotten 10% if it hadn't sold out due to privacy concerns. but sensodyne helped and i only had sensitivity in a few places, which my toothpaste coped with without any problems.

The product itself worked very well. I ordered these to whiten my teeth before an important event and used about 5 capsules which worked well. After the event I waited a few months before using again this week. I took one out of the box to use and the plastic mouthguard for my upper teeth was broken. This product has whitened my teeth really well in a short period of time. It is easy to use and extremely convenient. $50 is a good price for an at home treatment that actually works.
