The product itself worked very well. I ordered these to whiten my teeth before an important event and used about 5 capsules which worked well. After the event I waited a few months before using again this week. I took one out of the box to use and the plastic mouthguard for my upper teeth was broken. The tray no longer fitted my teeth and when I tried to use the whitening gel it leaked out of the tray. I opened the second and third drawer and same problem. I emailed the seller who said it took some time to get a refund or replace my order. I'm not sure how I could have prevented this as each bleaching tray is individually wrapped so I couldn't tell if it was faulty until I tried it this week.
