5 of 8 Doesn't work with replacement toothbrush heads

Used the first 3 of the same pack with no problems. I wanted to use the last one and it just won't hold up so I took the old and the new to check what was wrong. Problem? INSIDE is configured differently. I opened another package and yes, same problem. So I bought 8 new replacement heads and was only able to use 3 of them. Needless to say I will not be buying this brand again. The barcode on the box reads X000ZIR64B and if I could I would ask for my money back!
