Waste of money good for me

Was bought for me as a gift. Colors are NOT as advertised whatsoever. VERY different from pictures. They are NOT at all neon, they are NOT at all bright, the cat eye is very minimal at best. The colors are dull as can be and for $25.99 this is a TOTAL RIPOFF ! Feel badly about returning a gift so I'm stuck with this crap I will never ever use. Ever.
