The product looks exceptional. My daughter loves it and it really looks more expensive. The only disappointment was that it was missing the screw connecting the lug to the mounting hardware, making it look sloppy and would likely break another connector. Now tell your little girl who just finished doing chores for a month that she can't wear this until we fix it or return it. I was able to remove a small screw and bend the tab slightly to fix the problem after I got home. This initial solution only lasted a few days. I repeated the process, bending it a little more and tightening it even more. That's still going on.
