Go paperless now! Who cares about the lack of toilet paper?

This product is the BOMB! Surprisingly easy to install. The hardest part was getting around the toilet and climbing behind it to unscrew the existing connector under the toilet cistern. Helpful Tip: Before you do anything, grab a liquid wrench or other spray lubricant (WD-40 works too) with a straw. Pipe applicator and spray on the part of the stem (you know, the part behind the handle and set screw) of your corner valve that's coming out of the wall behind the toilet. Wait 15 minutes THEN try turning off the water and continue with the installation. Another helpful tip. All connectors are supplied with rubber washers where they connect to metal. Those that screw onto polypropylene threads, like the one that comes out of the bottom of the toilet bowl, don't require Teflon tape (which comes with the installation kit). There is only a metal-to-metal threaded connection, which shows the need for Teflon tape in the installation video on the website. I searched by model number (I had FSR-25). It is STRONGLY recommended to watch the video on the Mfgr website via YouTube. Finally, the slimmer design is a double-edged sword. The controls are well presented, the toilet seat lies VERY flat and was easy to install (I had someone help me hold the toilet seat while I tightened the screws). YMMV (Your mileage may vary). The downside of being thin, sleek, and modern is that while seated and working with the controls, you DON'T PUSH THE HANDLES STRONGLY DURING THE TURN. You can break your arm. PS **** stands for "scream". Do you know of Woodsy the Owl? "Piss off! Don't get dirty"

Pros
  • THIN AND RELIABLE. The slim profile reduces stress points while maintaining a sleek and streamlined look.
Cons
  • Minor problems
