I was so happy to get Drain Buddy - we had a plugless sink and it was a perfect product. It fitted perfectly and installed flawlessly and easily .I ran into trouble when I tried to remove the basket the plastic stick holding the main plug up broke off the plastic basket and when we tried to pull it out of the flush pipe it continued down the pipe.Wow I have 30 Took minutes to pull this basket out of the sink.Sadly this was very disappointing and I had to go back.I didn't like the fact that I took a pair of tongs and twisted this plastic basket out of my sink for half an hour..
