I received and assembled this chair yesterday. It's really high! I feel like the captain of a spaceship when I'm in it. The armrests are so comfortable I'm surprised at how comfortable they are. Good back support and you can sit back in your chair and just relax and look at your work and think about how great it is to sit that high. I added rollerblade wheels that I bought separately. The chair comes in a tightly packed box, professionally packed and safe. The instructions are very clear and easy to read. It says it takes 2 people 30 minutes to assemble and I found that the 2nd person has to hold the oath glass and search for their tools again. You can do both on your own. The arms are a bolt-on nightmare. While it's crystal clear, it annoys me that for initial placement on each armrest you have to put a fat, short screw in a narrow rectangular hole (4 screws per armrest, and the very first one that attaches to the backrest is rigid) ). I've successfully used a craft hammer to pierce it. Once these stressful tasks are done, everything returns to normal very quickly. You may need help keeping your hand behind your back, but I accomplished this myself and I'm in no way mechanical or comfortable. hp The box is heavy so plan for it. I LOVE this chair.
