Used for my children's masks. The school requires tear-off clips for occipital types (the only ones I can think of that don't get lost). Not sure if it's a rip off, but if you tie the two ends of a 1/4" elastic to one side and pull STRONGLY, the knot will break, so they add that level of security in that regard . Used in conjunction with these small silicone adjusters to allow maximum adjustment around head masks.
