DO NOT BUY OR USE. Technology"1) It's practically IMPOSSIBLE not to get paint on the wheels. You either have to be VERY careful, ONLY touching the pan to cover the pad, or you don't put enough paint on it for it to fucking change. Or you might take the pad off to wash the paint off the wheels just to apply enough force when painting to spread over the wheels. It's an instrument of torture, not a tool. Good only if you are a masochist and love Sissaf's endeavors. 2) WHICH technique? There are no "technique" instructions, but you can probably hang this damn thing on a pole, apply paint, and then hang it on the wall. If you need a tutorial on how to use it, don't even bother. Unfortunately, it's like rocket science and only a few brilliant people seem to have figured it out. Obviously I'm not one of them. So if you want to paint your ceiling, yourself, and the wheels of a tool (which, again, should NEVER be painted for the job), then this tool is for you. .Better hire Head Aide or pay someone. I have now found a way to fix my high ceilings, thanks POS.
