I have almost the same pump that I have used for many years; It started with water toys and more recently has been used as an air mattress in a guest house. The problem with this is that it requires a car socket and is impractical for indoor use. This pump plugs directly into an outlet and delivers a really strong and fast flow of air. Indispensable for airing your air bed! Just note that like all cheap, high-flow pumps, this one isn't designed for high pressure (you're not going to use it to inflate a football, basketball, or car tire). But for its intended purpose and a variety of nozzles in the kit, it works perfectly!
