The battery is charged Charger P118 said defective

I included a p118 charger. I drained 2 (2 year old) batteries and my drill started to drain and the charger said they were bad. I removed it and bought a new battery. After I tested it where performance was weak, p118 said it was buggy too. I began to suspect the charger. I bought one and charged the battery. After the battery charged for about 10 minutes I popped it into the P118 which found that the battery was no longer damaged and I strongly suspect that the two batteries I threw away were also charged. Basically, it proves that p118 sucks.
