I bought this to monitor coolant temp and am trying to use it on 2018 Yamaha YZ450F. The temperature sensor worked fine. However, almost immediately after starting the engine, coolant began to flow continuously from the overflow pipe. That doesn't happen with the original radiator cap. It's not a temperature or pressure issue. The original cap is rated at 1.1 bar and will not create or allow overflow. The temperature on the manometer did not go above the norm during the overflow.
