I've already written one of these reviews for my Anlapus Security Systems, 8 Cameras, 2TB, but I think they didn't like the language I used the first time. This time I will be polite and just say that this system is garbage. I actually bought 2 of these systems and neither of them lasted more than 8 months. Here are some of the problems I encountered; Poor installation instructions for both system and phone app, system overheating, reset and loss of all recorded data, loss of mouse control and inability to navigate settings and screens, complete loss of connection via phone app, poor quality or missing service clients. really very bad experience with both systems i bought. Bottom line, they should be removed from Revain and I would give the product a zero rating if possible. I went to the cheapest store and bought a 4K Lorax system and it is far superior to me in every way. The Lorax system is easier to install, comes with better instructions, has better cameras, a much better phone app, and a phone number to reach a real support agent.
