The panniers support is not sufficient to keep the bags from hitting the spokes. This is the same review on most of the panniers though. Size is good. Rain cover is useless. It's so big there's no way to use it while riding. It's all over the spokes! I'm going to have to buy a new rear bike rack to use it. One that had the pannier support bars to keep it out of the spokes. It seems like the material is fairly durable but the zippers seem flimsy. I'll try it for a couple months and see how it does with a pannier rack.
